The Fairtex MMA Throwing Dummy is a fantastic, versatile piece of training equipment.  This is a barrel style dummy that can be worked into many different MMA drills, and Conditioning drills.  Train takedowns, carries, throws, ground and pound, and  position drills.  Then hang the bag, and use it like a standard punching bag!  Our patent pending hang system is completely removable, so the Throwing Dummy is free of any straps or hard edges when not hanging.
